IS TRUDEAU IN THE “TANK” FOR CHINA?
IS TRUDEAU IN THE “TANK” FOR CHINA?
I just read a column by Adam Zivo in the National post entitled “How Canada sabotaged its own fleet of tanks”. National Post, Jan. 25, 2023. If any one article could capture the degree of incompetence exhibited by Trudeau and the degree of national embarrassment all Canadians should feel by Trudeau’s continued misgovernance of Canada it is this one.
Apparently, while the moistly breathing Trudeau has been hiding in his cottage after contracting COVID for the tenth time following all of his allegedly “up to date” vaccinations for COVID and Monkeypox (remember that “blast from the past”), the Canadian Armed Forces 88, Leopard 2, main battle tanks may have been allowed to deteriorate to such a degree that we presently don’t have a single squadron of main battle tanks available for deployment in support of Canadian Armed Forces soldiers or allied operations either at home or abroad. A recent Canadian Forces College, Service Paper written by Major Michael Timms concludes “As a result of the current perception of Leopard 2 FoV serviceability, deployment of tanks on operations is not considered viable.”
Accordingly, President Zelensky’s request for Canada’s Leopard 2 tanks isn’t being shelved by Trudeau because he doesn’t want to give his fellow World Economic Forum cult member hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of Canadian military equipment to the detriment of our own troops. It’s being shelved because the request highlights the embarrassing fact that we have no serviceable main battle tanks in our national arsenal due to years of neglect by the Trudeau Government.
At a recent National Standing Committee on National Defense Hearing on October 22, 2022, Lt. Col. David Redman (Ret.) gave testimony that summarized the problem with the state of our national defense when he said, “If we are seen as a parasite and not a partner in defense with our allies, there are immediate and long term consequences”. We are currently failing in our NATO commitment to spend more than 2% of GDP on National Defense. Canada is averaging less than 1.5% annually. It’s no wonder that we are being excluded from defense agreements like the recent AUKUS trilateral security pact.
Trudeau who fancies himself the “Dean of the G20” is an international joke, too stupid to even understand why our NATO and 5 Eyes security partners would be upset with Trudeau allowing the Communist Chinese People’s Liberation Army to train at our NATO winter warfare training facility at Petawawa, Ontario. Apparently, Trudeau seems to have forgotten that the Korean War – you know the one where the People’s Liberation Army of China was actively killing Canadian soldiers – has never been officially finalized. The invitation to Communist China to use Canadian training bases left more than one Canadian soldier and veteran scratching their head as to why Trudeau would invite ENEMY COMBATTANTS to Canada to train them to kill Canadian soldiers more efficiently in winter conditions.
Keep in mind that all of this occurred while Trudeau was spending hundreds of millions of Canadian tax dollars flying all over the world sucking up to his fellow dictators in pursuit of a seat on the UN Security Council. (I’ll bet you all forgot about that national embarrassment)
The silver lining to the problem of a lack of functional tanks may be that the next time Trudeau and David Lametti want to crush indigenous elders with tanks instead of horses and run over bouncy castles with main battle tanks on Wellington Street as if it were Tiananmen Square - no tanks will be available. That being said, the real consequence of this problem is the degree to which Canada is being held up to further international embarrassment for the manner in which we “honor” our NATO and other international defense commitments let alone our own national defense. Is it any wonder that at international summits like the G-20 Trudeau is seen wandering around talking to himself because no one wants to speak to him or that Chairman Xi Jinping openly insults Trudeau to his face given his apparent status of lackey or “useful idiot” to the Chinese Communist Party.
Canadians need to internalize that Trudeau and his minions are actively considering completely “re-tasking” the Canadian Armed Forces into a “National Emergency Management Force” as opposed to a “Military Force”. While internalizing this change of role for the CAF and its impact on our international defense alliances also remember that we no longer have a “War Measures Act” but have a national “Emergencies Act”. Is part of this process aimed at re-targeting the Canadian Military designed to get our soldiers more comfortable in being newly deployed against Canadian citizens? Was Trudeau targeting the Canadian Armed Forces Psychological Warfare Command against Canadians months prior to the last federal election in furtherance of Trudeau’s pandemic lockdown and vaccine mandates a precursor to this plan? Is Trudeau’s recent fixation with firearms confiscation including having 28 pound, .50 caliber target rifles classified as prohibited weapons tied to the degradation of Canadian armored combat capacity? These are questions that require answers.
All of the video from the recent Liberal Cabinet Retreat in Hamilton demonstrates that Trudeau can’t even go out in public without being the subject of insults and ridicule from his own citizens in one of the most reliably Liberal voting cities in Canada.
Justice Rouleau is set to release his report on Trudeau’s use of the Emergencies Act against peaceful protesters in Ottawa. Regardless of his findings, it’s time for Trudeau to follow the lead of his WEF co-religionist Jacinda Ardern and resign. Like in New Zealand, millions of Canadians will erupt with joy and relief upon that announcement.
Trudeau is a national embarrassment to Canada. If he doesn’t resign in the wake of the Emergencies Act Inquiry Report, Trudeau needs to be the subject of Parliamentary censure and a vote of non-confidence in his personal capacity to serve as prime minister of His Majesty’s government.
