Albertans need to internalize that the NDP and their Trudeau supported WEF Agenda are an existential threat to the future freedom and prosperity of Alberta.
THANK GOD FOR THE COMMON SENSE OF RURAL ALBERTANS who understand how devasting the NDP agenda is for Alberta and who aren’t mislead by the CBC and other Liberal funded “legacy media” propaganda agencies like Global, CTV, The Globe and Mail, Post Media and the Toronto Red Star.
One has to wonder as to how many of the NDP voters in Calgary and Edmonton were aware of the real NDP hidden agenda beyond the lies that were being spread by Notley and the NDP about Premier Smith taking away peoples’ health care.
The not so hidden NDP Agenda includes:
defunding Catholic and private education;
removing parents from decision making about the education, health and mental well-being of their own children through the forced adoption of Alberta Teacher’s Association, anti-family, anti-faith, left wing ideology in class rooms;
devastating agriculture by imposing union driven health, safety and labor requirements on family farms;
more devasting “public health” lockdowns, vaccine mandates and door to door vaccine coercion in the face of any future public health mismanagement crisis;
future climate lockdowns upon “Doctor” Theresa Tam declaring “climate change” a public health “emergency”;
higher personal taxes;
higher corporate taxes;
provincial sales tax;
higher fuel and carbon taxes;
an expansion of an already bloated Alberta Government bureaucracy and already bloated AHS; expansion of the powers of AHS;
expanded power for the College of Physicians and Surgeons;
increased net outflow of medical professionals from Alberta;
a plan to aid Trudeau in confiscating the firearms of law-abiding Alberta hunters: and
a plan to work hand and glove with the Trudeau enviro-fascists to reduce fertilizer use on farms and mothball the oil and gas industry by 2030.
All of this was orchestrated and supported by the Naheed Nenshi War Room, that works hand in glove with the Trudeau-WEF War Rooms in Toronto and Ottawa.
UCP Election Campaign 2027, needs to start today!
Before moving forward, we need to learn some lessons from Election 2023.
First and foremost disloyal ministers and MLA’s who actively undermine the leadership of Daniel Smith need to be relegated to the back benches and in the future their nomination papers should not be signed.
Let’s focus on some specific MLA’s and ex-MLA’s.
It was with great delight that we witnessed Tyler Shandro and Jason Copping be fired by their constituents for their respective tenures as the two most incompetent Ministers of Health in the history of the province of Alberta. They both presided over the devastation of human rights and the rule of law in Alberta through the mis-delegation of authority to “Doctor” Deena Hinshaw as Supreme Medical Dictator of Alberta.
Some credit for the NDP victories in Shandro and Copping’s constituencies remains with the Naheed Nenshi machine that gave us Joti Gondek and run-away crime and homeless encampments in Calgary. That being said, you can’t underestimate the degree to which Conservative disgust with the Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dumber of the Kenney Sky Palace Cocktail Cabinet that kept UCP voters on the couch.
To the extent that any of my Substacks or work in litigating against the incompetent policies of Shandro and Copping reminded UCP voters that it was worth staying home to watch Shandro and Copping be thrown out of office AND the legislature itself I am proud to have helped rid our provincial government of these two buffoons. It is clear in looking at the election results and the 5% decrease in voter turn out from 2019 that many voters chose to stay home rather than support cabinet members responsible for locking people in their home and destroying thousands of Alberta businesses. Shandro picking fights with doctors and nurses in the middle of a health care mis-management crisis certainly did him no favors on election day.
Also, Shandro’s recent backstabbing of Premier Smith by whining like a 5 year old brat to Ethics Commissioner Trussler about Danielle Smith being “passive/aggressive” says all you need to know about his acumen and discretion as a lawyer and his fitness for any public office.
The Hon. Mme. Trussler found as fact that Danielle Smith simply accepted Shandro’s legal advice as Attorney General and did NOT “direct” Shandro to take any further steps with regard to the attention starved Artur Pawlowski.
Notwithstanding the fact that Premier Smith did nothing wrong Shandro succeeded in making himself look like such a snowflake that Mme. Trussler felt bad about how “pressured” he must of felt. Apparently, ethics are now governed by how other people feel as opposed to any objective standard. All of this goes to show that contrary to all of the foolish chatter about urban seats being lost because of Premier Smith, I believe that it is demonstrable that these seats were lost because of the stench of incompetence wafting off of Jason Kenney, Shandro, Copping, Madu and the entire Sky-Palace Gang of disloyal malcontents that have been undermining Premier Smith from the day of her election as leader and their rejection of grass-roots democracy in action.
With respect to Premier Smith, whatever advice she is given by the “Loser Council” of failed UCP MLAs in Edmonton, needs to be ignored. In my view these people lost because they were unable to articulate Premier Smith’s clear vision for Alberta’s future because many of them were too busy plotting to stab her in the back the minute they were elected.
In the disloyal malcontent column, let’s not forget Jason Nixon. Jason Nixon, further to his previous role as Kenney hatchet man, did not deserve the nomination to run as MLA to run for Rimbey-Rocky Mountain House-Sundre. The fact that Tim Hoven won 310 votes more than the NDP candidate as an Independent should tell Premier Smith how unpopular Nixon is with his constituents. It is likely that the vast majority of UCP votes in that constituency were people holding their noses at Nixon as UCP candidate and registering an anti-NDP and pro-Smith vote in spite of Jason Nixon and Jason Kenney being instrumental in abusing the human rights of Albertans.
Jason Nixon’s implementation of the Kananaskis Pass or K-Pass and Miranda Rosin foolishly failing to demand the removal of the hated Nixon K-Pass is likely what cost Rosin her seat as MLA for Banff-Kananaskis. Thousands of her constituents who have hiked, biked and ridden their horses on K country trails for decades were all impacted by the K-Pass money grab that only returns 9,000,000.00 a year (a rounding error on the provincial budget) to the Alberta Treasury. This 9,000,000.00 could easily be recovered by firing 30, 300,000.00 a year incompetents from the ranks of AHS senior management.
Even though I held my nose and voted for Rosin, we now have anti-farm and anti-ranch socialist as the only rural MLA in Alberta. Hopefully Rosin will demand not only a recount, but an audit of voter eligibility given that it is likely that a large number of seasonal transients were registered by the NDP to vote in Banff and Canmore.
Under no circumstances should Premier Smith reward Jason Nixon with a Cabinet seat so that he can use ministerial patronage to continue to foment dissent and disloyalty on behalf of Travis Toews and the Kenneyites in the caucus and cabinet.
Looking forward, there are many things that Danielle Smith should consider including having an investigation conducted into the amount of foreign money and out of province union money being spent on supporting the NDP.
Legislation needs to be passed to strictly outlaw the implementation of World Economic Forum policies in Alberta including imprisoning free Albertans in 15 minute cities and making Albertans freeze in the dark by doubling home heating costs through excessive carbon taxation. On the subject of 15 minute cities, privacy laws need to be tightened with 15 minute city infrastructure such as traffic light cameras and ongoing real time monitoring of free Albertans with government surveillance cameras needs to be outlawed absent a warrant or lawful police investigation targeting a specific criminal’s activities.
The bureaucracy including the AHS needs to be reduced by a mandatory 30 % cut to management and administrative positions with 10% pay increases being passed on immediately to doctors, nurses, teachers and other frontline workers who actually serve the public rather than the administrative state. Hiring incentives and bonuses need to be offered to Doctors and Nurses from outside of Alberta. A legislated prohibition on the CPSA and other health care professional bodies preventing health professionals from other jurisdictions with COVID complaints on their records from coming to Alberta provided they have otherwise good standing needs to be enacted. All Alberta Doctors who surrendered their licenses rather than face CPSA COVID discipline need to be immediately reinstated.
The overall size of government needs to be reduced by AT LEAST 30% and the power of the administrative state needs to be circumscribed by legislation. Premier Smith needs to ask Elon Musk how much better Twitter operates after cutting the Twitter bureaucracy by 50% which should be the target for Alberta government management and administrative position reductions.
There also needs to be legislation passed to require actual climate science as opposed to politically driven climate hysteria in Alberta schools. Children need to be taught that the world is NOT ending in 2030 or 2050 or whatever other arbitrary date is being set by the Church of Climate Apocalypse.
The Alberta curriculum needs to address climate over a 10,000 year time frame and provide necessary perspective on the fact that current global temperatures are well below the 5000 year global average. Children need to be taught that there is absolutely no scientific evidence that eating bug paste instead of Alberta beef, pork, lamb or poultry or doubling their parents heating bills will do anything to effect global climate even if China and India DIDN’T increase their CO2 output by 5 times Canada’s total CO2 emissions annually.
Refinery construction in Alberta needs to be incentivized and Private Public Partnership of Alberta refinery construction needs to be implemented until we have the capacity to ensure that every barrel of oil produced in Alberta can be refined in Alberta.
Children need to be taught that Canada’s landmass absorbs more than 15 times our total carbon output and that Albertans should not have their money taken away from them to subsidize so called “green” battery plants in Ontario and surplus budgets in Quebec while Quebec blocks Alberta pipelines through that province.
Mandatory Canadian federalism courses need to be taught in social studies courses from K-12 so that children are taught from an early age that the Government of Canada continually takes resources from Alberta while treating Albertans as second-class citizens within Canada.
Children need to be taught that hard work is to be rewarded and that governments have no right to the product of that work except for those things that are required for the safety, health and wellbeing of society as whole within the context of limited taxation and balanced budgets. Teaching “wokeism” and communism under the guise of “equity and inclusion” should be excised from school curricula with serious financial penalties being applied to schools and teachers who think it appropriate to teach Marxism masquerading as “Social Studies”.
The goal of the UCP Government should be to return Alberta to the land of the lowest tax rates in the industrial world so that their parents can afford to provide their children with the best lives possible. Children should be taught that while a social safety net is important, that the ability of any society to provide for its people is based on the ability of an economy to generate wealth, which requires sensibly limited regulation, limited government, hard work and cheap and plentiful energy.
Until all of these issues are addressed, Albertans including Alberta’s indigenous citizens, newly unemployed bureaucrats are at full employment and homelessness in Alberta is eliminated, the Federal Government needs to be advised that Alberta will not accept any further refugees or new immigrants to the Province.
It is time to end transfer payments, pay off Alberta’s debt, end deficit spending, and get Alberta back to work.
Election 2027 starts today.
